* Terms & Conditions

  • Purchase Orders. A purchase order qualifying for the trial period is to be placed via a Gentex distributor and the refund policy is valid only for Products delivered by Gentex directly against that purchase order.
  • Trial Period Duration. The trial period means 30 days.
  • Exclusions. The trial period does not apply to custom-ordered Products, clearance or final sale items.
  • One-Time Use Limitation. The trial period is limited to two Products per customer within any twelve-month period.
  • Shipping. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, PureFlo will pay for ground shipping to a freight forwarder of the customer’s choice; the customer is responsible for the freight cost from there to the final location.
  • Product Return Policy. At any time during the Trial Period, Customer may return the Product. If Customer elects to return the Product, Gentex must be notified in writing or by email at pureflosales@gentexcorp.com within the Trial Period.
  • Restock Fee. In the event Customer decides to return the Product during the Trial Period, a restocking fee of $75 (USD) applies (“Restocking Fee”) which covers return shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.
  • Return Procedure. Customer shall follow Gentex’s return procedure, including obtaining a return material authorization (RMA). Gentex will provide return shipping instructions to the Customer. The Product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Original condition means the Product is fully functional, clean and free from scratches, dents or modifications beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Product Condition. Gentex reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned Product and may apply additional fees for damage or missing items.
  • Refund. Upon receipt of the returned Product in acceptable condition, Gentex will refund the distributor the purchase price of the Product, minus the Restocking Fee. The distributor will then refund the customer for the purchase price of the Product minus the restocking fee of $75.
  • Disputes. All disputes relating to this program will be resolved as follows: (1) Customer contacts pureflosales@gentexcorp.com with photographic evidence and detailed description. (2) the Gentex Customer Service Manager reviews within 10 business days. (3) If unresolved, matter escalates to the VP of Industrial Safety for final determination within 20 business days. Gentex’s determination shall be final and binding for disputes relating to this program.
