PureFlo® 3000 PAPR is an all-in-one head, mounted solution providing respiratory, head, eye, face and hearing protection in one system, ready to work out of the box. It offers lightweight, hose-free respiratory protection designed for industrial environments where comfort, mobility, and safety are paramount.

Black Hard Hat with Clear Visor & P3 Filter
For work involving airborne particulates, splashes, and a risk of falling objects, this configuration provides integrated head, eye/face, and respiratory protection. It combines an EN 397 industrial hard hat, clear EN 166 1B3 visor, standard face seal, and P3 filter.
Best use: multiple environments including construction, manufacturing, agriculture, utilities, and maintenance

Bump Cap with Clear Visor & P3 Filter
Best suited for work involving airborne particulates and head protection where hard hats are not required, this compact system combines an EN 812 bump cap, clear EN 166 1B3 visor, standard face seal, and P3 filter for eye/face impact, splash, and respiratory protection.
Best suited for: light manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO)

Black Bump Cap with Welding Screen, ADF Lens, & P3 Filter
The unit provides clear weld visibility and respiratory protection against hexavalent chromium, lead, cadmium, and manganese particulates for welding where use of a hard hat is not required. Includes bump cap, welding face seal, P3 filter, spark arrester, and welding screen with a true-colour auto-darkening lens offering shades 5-8 and 9-14 and optical class 1/1/1/1.
The unit is suitable for all arc welding processes, including stick welding (DC & AC), TIG welding (DC & DC pulse), TIG welding (AC pulse), low-amperage TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding, MIG/MAG pulse welding, plasma cutting and welding, and grinding.

Open Frame with Reusable/Disposable Hood, & P3 Filter
For tasks requiring particulate respiratory protection and extended head and neck splash coverage, this lightweight 1.1 kg configuration supports comfort during extended work. It combines an open frame and P3 filter with a disposable Tychem® QC respiratory hood.
