PureFlo ESM+ Configurations
The PureFlo ESM+ PAPR system is available in two main variants, bump cap or hard hat, with the option to add welding or high-heat kits. The refined built-in Electronic System Management (ESM) includes an LED status indicator and audible alarm, which monitors airflow and alerts you to low flow, low battery, or the need for a filter change.
ESM+ PF50
Offering particulate protection where a hard hat is not required, this all-in-one system combines a lightweight bump cap, clear impact-rated visor, and adjustable Integrity 1800 or Tychem® neck cape that creates a self-contained positive pressure environment for added protection.

ESM+ PF60
Designed for industrial tasks where a hard hat is required, this hose-free PAPR combines an ANSI Type I, Class G hard hat, clear impact-rated visor, and flame-retardant neck cape. Its streamlined design minimizes interference with tools and other PPE, including fall-protection harnesses.

ESM+ PF60 Welding
Designed for welding tasks involving metal fumes, this head-mounted PAPR combines filtered airflow with a hard hat, STEDPRENE® flame-retardant neck cape, and flip-up welding shield over a clear impact-rated visor. Auto-darkening or shade 10 passive lenses support welding visibility, while built-in electronics monitor airflow and battery status.

Integrity 1800 Single and Double Bib Neck Cape
- Recommended for pharmaceutical, biotech, and similar applications, class 10 (ISO Class 4) and higher.
- Made of densely woven continuous filament polyester fabric with an ESD stripe designed to meet the quality and performance standards in critical cleanroom environments around the world.
- Highly fluid-repellent (Teflon® HT treatment) and also contains a durable antimicrobial treatment (Aegis) to inhibit bacterial growth and reduce bioburden.
- Adjustable neck cord.
- Two VELCRO® Brand fastener attachments for securing the free end of the lanyard.
- Twelve snap fasteners for easy removal and attachment.
Tychem® Single and Double Bib Disposable Neck Capes
- Dupont Tychem® 2000 fabric starts with Tyvek® brand fabric and adds a polyethylene coating for added chemical protection.
- Tychem 2000 fabrics are tested by a third-party laboratory to assess their chemical penetration resistance.
- Protects against light liquid splash with at least 30 minutes of protection against more than 40 chemical challenges.
- Used by many in the petroleum, pulp and paper, food and chemical processing, and pharma industries.
- Protects against biological hazards, such as exposure to blood or blood-borne pathogens, pandemic preparedness response.
